Nick Foles Traded to Bears for fourth-round pick

The Chicago Bears and the Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed on a trade that will send veteran quarterback Nick Foles to the Bears for a compensatory fourth-round pick reports ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Foles reunites with head coach Matt Nagy. The two were members of the Cheifs organization under Andy Reid.

It remains to be seen if Foles will be given the starting job over Mitchell Trubisky. A quarterback competition is likely in store when training camp begins this summer.

Foles’ time in Jacksonville was a disaster. The former Super Bowl-winning QB of the Eagles played in just four games due to injury, with the Jags losing all four games started by Foles.
