Thank you to all the students who participated in nominating teachers for our TEAM Up For Teachers initiative. Our goal was to celebrate and recognize the talented teachers in our community who go the extra mile by sharing their stories on our social media platforms. New Mexico is a special place to live, work, and raise a family, thanks to the amazing teachers who do so much for our students.
We would also like to thank the 40 athletes, coaches, administrators, and media personalities who supported our initiative by submitting videos thanking an exceptional teacher who influenced their lives. With their help, we were able to reach over a quarter of a million impressions and 41k video views. You can view the entire collection of VIP videos on our Facebook or YouTube pages.
The 30 students listed in parentheses receive a $50 gift card to Dions, and their nominated teacher will receive a $100 gift card for their classroom.
