Rob Gronkowski Traded to Tampa Bay to reunite with Tom Brady

Rob Gronkowski is back in the NFL.

After taking a year off to pursue other ventures, including peddling CBD products and hosting WWE events, the 30-year-old future Hall of Fame tight end requested and was granted a trade to Tampa Bay to join Tom Brady with the Bucs.

In return for the rights to Gronk and a seventh-round pick, the Patriots received a fourth-round pick.

Gronkowski ranks third all-time in touchdown receptions by tight ends with 80. He joins a stacked Tampa Bay team that includes wide receivers Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, giving Brady arguably the best trio of receivers in his career.
