Major League Baseball announced today that Dodgers starting pitcher Trevor Bauer has been placed on 7-day administrative leave while the league investigates alleged sexual assault claims.
MLB’s investigation into the allegations made against Trevor Bauer is ongoing,” MLB said in a statement. “While no determination in the case has been made, we have made the decision to place Mr. Bauer on seven-day administrative leave effective immediately.”
According to Jorge Castillo of the Los Angeles Times, Brusdar Graterol will take Trevor Bauer’s spot on the Dodgers’ roster. Graterol was already in Washington for the White House visit. He had been with triple-A Oklahoma City.
