The Austin Denton Memorial Internship

The Austin Denton Foundation lives on and is proud to announce the “Austin Denton Memorial Internship”.

Austin had a passion for broadcasting and the Foundation wants to help other students between the ages of 16-22 to learn the industry like he did.

The internship will run January through March and is a great opportunity for a motivated student with an interest in the broadcasting industry. If selected, the student will shadow producers & broadcasters at ESPN Radio 101.7 The TEAM.

They will also be invited to be part of remote events and play by play crews including the 2023 NMAA State Basketball games in March.

The student must be able to commit to three hours per week and have transportation to all commitments.

A $500 stipend will be offered to the student upon successful completion of the internship.

Sponsored in part by Desert Greens Equipment and ESPN Radio 101.7 The TEAM.
